Yesterday I started having problems moving my shoulders it started in the right shoulder and made its way to the left, the tension has also reach down my neck and the the center of my spine it hurts to move my head from side to side or down and I am very limited on how much I can move and I have to get the kids soon which I am abit worried about. but what I am more worried about is the last two times this happened I woke up not being able to move my head more then a few centimeters left to right and from my neck down no matter how hard I tired. I am scared this is going to happen again I cannot have that when I have no one to watch the kids during the day.. or someone to get them. It scares me when my body shuts down like that and nothing is working for the pain either. I know this is my bodys way of saying enough is enough for stress and such but it still scares me.

Anyways please if you could spare some enregy and send it my way I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks.

You don't need energy, you need a doctor. That could be something serious.

To me it sounds like disk damage. This causes the muscles on either side of the spine to be tighter, a minor problem. Occasionally it flares up and becomes a major problem. You mention having children, so you are probably in the right age bracket. You also mention having this before. Your doctor will likely give you some pain medication for until this flareup is over. Generally these flareups last a week to ten days, but the pain will go away without treatment. Ultimately the cause of disk damage is wear and tear to the disks from posture and sitting.

Sending healing and stress-relief energies.

Do you know how to do bio-feedback?
That might help.

The first time I had this happen was when I was around 9/10 years old when my parents were fighting over custody over me and that same tension like feeling I have had now was the same as then. I slowly was not able to move till I woke up the next morning and tried moving and could not it literally felt like I was cut off from the rest of my body.. I recall after a week of absolute rest and that I was able to move again. The second time it happened was aout 2 years ago again except not as extreme. I was always told it was just pinched nerves was the problem the first time not sure about the second.

Also now on the lower left side of my spine I do have brusied nerves and I was wondering if I was in a car accident do you think that could be any cause for disk or nerve damage? My mom never did get us checked out .. Aslo I have had epidurals go ne wrong to..

Ultimately the cause of disk damage is wear and tear to the disks from posture and sitting Yes I have heard of this wear and tear to the disks and yes I could believe that it is cause of my posture I have had problems with it since I was a kid.

As for bio-feedback Lunacie I am not sure..

Oh no! The flu on top of everything else!

Sending as much healing FAST energies as I can. And I know that Reiki works because I've gotten over my last two cold viruses in less than a week each time.

Biofeedback is kind of like the breathing/focusing exercises designed to help with labor during childbirth. It involves focusing on your breathing and then on relaxing your muscles, very helpful with muscle spasms and coping with stress. My ex had a wonderful time in the hospital following his first heart attack doing biofeedback - the monitors he was hooked up to would nearly flatline and the nurses would come a-running in a panic and he'd lay there and laugh. Of course the heart is basically a muscles that clenches and loosens, eh?

Ah ok that is why it sounded familiar and thanks Lunacie.
And ya well the flu is not all in my case it is also that lovley time of the month as well, and I am not sure but I think I am also at the point of being anemic again to.
