I can't find a nutrition thread.
Can someone please help me to know what to eat.
I would like to know if thier is a good vitamin found at wal-mart?
What contains Folic Acid?
these are just some of my questions.
Please if you can answer them, or give me a non complicated link.
that would be great.

I'm not sure what you're looking for sweetie. Something like this:
Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. Choose 5 or more servings per day.
Eat a variety of grain products, including whole grains. Choose 6 or more servings per day.
Include fat-free and low-fat milk products, fish, legumes (beans), skinless poultry and lean meats.
Choose fats and oils with 2 grams or less saturated fat per tablespoon, such as liquid and tub margarines, canola oil and olive oil.
Balance the number of calories you eat with the number you use each day. (To find that number, multiply the number of pounds you weigh now by 15 calories. This represents the average number of calories used in one day if you're moderately active. If you get very little exercise, multiply your weight by 13 instead of 15. Less-active people burn fewer calories.)
Maintain a level of physical activity that keeps you fit and matches the number of calories you eat. Walk or do other activities for at least 30 minutes on most days. To lose weight, do enough activity to use up more calories than you eat every day.
Limit your intake of foods high in calories or low in nutrition, including foods like soft drinks and candy that have a lot of sugars.
Limit foods high in saturated fat, trans fat and/or cholesterol, such as full-fat milk products, fatty meats, tropical oils, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and egg yolks. Instead choose foods low in saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol from the first four points above.
Eat less than 6 grams of salt (sodium chloride) per day (2,400 milligrams of sodium).
Have no more than one alcoholic drink per day if you're a woman and no more than two if you're a man. "One drink" means it has no more than 1/2 ounce of pure alcohol.

Folic acid is a B Vitamin. It is in in all enriched grain products and can also be found in leafy green vegetables. (as folate) It is also in orange juice
Watch out for trans fats (hydrogenated oils)

Wow, good for you for planning in advance! I think its much better to get your nutrients from foods anyway. Folic acid is prevelant in leafy greens, whole grains, and citrus fruits. I have also read nibbling leafy greens just plain may help with morning sickness in early pregnancy, which would give you many nutrients at that important time. There is a supplement I have heard many women like that is made from real food called Udo's Choice Oil Blend which give you a combination of different good fats.
My mother had a baby with Spina Bifida back in the sixties before I was born so its always been a worry for me. I took folic acid supplements even though I dont normally take any artificial supplements because I figured any risk was outweighed by the benefit.

Buy a crockpot. Its will be cheaper and certainly healthier in the long run and its so nice to come how to dinner already cooked! There are tons of recipes - its not just stews and such anymore. It takes about 15 mins in the morning to get it going and another 15 mins when you get home to make a salad and lay the table.

It occured to me that if you dont yet know how to grocery shop, this website might help: www.savingdinner.com She has free sample menus on the left side of the first page that include complete grocery lists so all you do is print it off and take it to the grocerys store. All the recipes are in a book as well that our local library has - maybe yours has it as well?
