Some gave me this tip a few weeks ago and I just started doing it. We have hard water and the toilet has hard water stains int he bottom of the bowl that I have been meaning to empty the bowl and get at with CLR, but this is better and way less toxic! You drop two polident denture cleaning tablets in the bowl before you go to bed and then scrub the toilet in the morning with a toilet brush when you get up. Its already started to work after two treatments. I figure by the end of the box of Polident, I should have a sparkly white bowl :D
