for my grandfather

hi all,
usually i do alot of giving in this thread, but not alot of asking, but something has come up. my grandfather fell last week and thought he pulled a muscle in his back. he went to the doctor and we found that he actually fractured two vertabre in his back.....they did a catscan to, and found an ambalism in his vena cava artery, and a mass on his kidney.....im really freaking out right now. my grandfather was the only positive father figure i had, and he held up the world to me as a kid. he is the man who taught me how to paint, and fish, and to be proud of myself for who i am......i cant imagine my world without him.....so any energy that could be spared would be most appreciated.......i just hope that he gets through the surgery ok.....and that the mass is not cancer

just wanted to update you all. i went and visited my grampy and he is in good spirits considering....he is going in for surgury to repair his back this week. im not sure if they will take care of the ambulism and the back at the same time.....but thank you all for your warm thoughts and concern. i will keep you posted, and please keep him in your thoughts so that he can get through the surgery ok

i just wanted to say thank you to all who sent energy, it made a positive impact....we have GOOD news.....the mass on my grandpa's kidney is a cist...the ambalism is very small, so they dont have to do surgery on it, and he is in no immediate danger,a nd they feel they can do surgery with a scope to fuse his vertebrae together........we still need to hope for the best for his surgery, but he should be ok :)

i just wanted to thank all of you for your thoughts and well wishes. my grandfather had his surgery yesterday, it went perfect and he is home resting.......he is going to be just fine........thank you all so much for helping to give this situation a happy ending
