For accounts like MW, some IP's dont let it work cause the outgoing port of 25 is blocked. To get it to work often changing to outgoing port to 26 will work. There are other numbers you can try. I would have to look them up.

I have my own web page with e-mail addys exactly like MW and charter cable has outgoing port 25 blocked. The people with boxes through my website, like mw does, all use port 26 and its fine.

I also have a private boughten e-mail box that has to uses port 26 on my IP.

So, to sum up, if your MW e-mail doesnt let outgoing mail go through...change the outgoing port to 26!
