I came across this Apophyllite cluster about 8 years ago and as soon as I saw it I said "DRAGON" and knew I had to have it. I have worked with this cluster lots over the years and it truely has powers beyond typical Apophyllite. Whenever I sleep with this cluster dragons come to me in my dreams. Its a totally nature formation.
Seeing your name, avatar and your reference to dragons under all your posts I thought you would enjoy this pic Lightdragon.

59864I do.
I need not tell you what Apophyllite can do. but for some who do not know I will. In general it helps with astral travel.VERY briefly it helps with creating a connection with the physical and the spiritual realms and attunes the body and beings outside the physical realm. Helps with divination and meditations. Helps you get rid of worries. helps increase the supply of oxygen to the heart.
Due to this,it might be possible that you did encounter dragons on the astral realm. Usually i heard of working with natural pyramid shaped apophyllite. Not i know of natually dragon shaped apophyllite.

That's so beautiful, thanks for posting the picture.
And I'm also happy to learn about Apophyllite. Sounds like it would be a good thing to use in my divination work. I usually try to remember to wear my lapis jewelry when I'm working, but Apophyllite sounds like it would also be a positive addition.

My friend works with stones to make jewelry with healing properties. The necklace I'm wearing tonight, for instance, is called Light in the Forest and it's designed to promote balance and harmony. She's the person who first got me interested in this subject and showed me how to see the entities inside various rock formations and crystals. I've been telling her about this sub-forum and I shared the picture of this dragon with her. She thought it was amazing - said she could see the dragon's teeth, scales, etc. Now we're both on a quest to find Apophyllite and I think she might sign up here at MW to talk about stones and crystals. :)

excellent news.
i should maybe go and look what kind of apophylite formations i have, although, i have mainly Heuandite (the orange variety) and white/clear apophylite; good quality green ones are very hard to find atm

Its great to see that this formation inspired you Amber Wynd and its warming to see the appreciation that everyone else had for this specimen. This is the first time I have ever posted pictures on any of my specimens online and by the responce I'm happy I did. Maybe it will even encourage people to post pictures of some of thier more unusual/unique specimens.
