three headed lizard

I've tried to interperet this dream myself but I just can't work it out. I found it really disturbing aswell so I'd love some help with it.

I was looking after a baby and for some reason was at a swimming pool. I remember people packing
bags and stuff but don't remember what was going on.

For some reason I forgot to change the baby for a while and it became dirty and gross. Eventually
it became so dirty and festering that it died then it turned into a lizard and after a while the lizard grew two more
heads on the side of it's body, so it was kind of a three headed lizard.

It made me feel sick looking at it.

Is there an obligation or a project that you have been postponing or neglecting for a while? The baby could represent that obligation and it's death and mutation could represent the trouble you fear will occur as a result.
