Recently (the past few months), I have felt as though my life is coming together even though it has been falling apart. These past few weeks have been and are continuing to be very stressful (emotionally).
To give a brief background:
* October 2005 - My boyfriend and I were hit by a drunk driver. This person totalled our only vehicle and it took until December to settle. The insurance company gave us a low amount for the vehicle and for the medical settlement. We had to settle early because we would have lost our home. We had to use the vehicle money to pay our backed bills. We got no money for missing work because we were both self-employed.
* December 2005 - We had to move out of our house because we couldn't afford it anyway.
* January 2005 to present - We have found an apt to live in. Meanwhile, we are both still unemployed due to 'needing' a vehicle to get a job. I have just found a part time job 1 mile from our apt that I will be walking to starting next month. He is a brilliant college student soon to graduate who has found a wonderful company to work for (only he needs a vehicle to get to and fro).
We are running low on funds and options and while he is very optimistic, I am hitting my wits end at times. Nothing angry, just trying to find my next step. I'm the kind of person who needs mental stimulation in any walk of life and not being able to lead a plentiful existance (not materialistic, just interaction and intellectual & life-oriented goalsetting) is disappointing me.
I'm also unsure of a career at this point and time. I'm not even sure what I'm drawn to anymore. It seems like each time I create goals, they are wisked away unexpectedly. I know this may just be that I'm not going in the right direction but it is frustrating. I'm not close with my family (they couldn't help anyway) and his family is unable to.
I'm hanging in there but I would like some insight and advice about life, finances, and career options if anyone would like to read for me. It would be genuinely appreciated.

Hello TakingWing,
I have been practicing Astrology since 1978. I can examine your Charts and see what is going on for you. In order to do this I need to have one matter addressed.
There are Two Towns in Pennsylvania named Easton!
Were you born in Northampton County or Clarion County?
I need to know which one.
I have spent time in Asheville, NC. It is definitely a vortex place, like Sedona, Arizona. For some people, vortex cities & towns are powerful places to make magick happen in their lives. For others, the vortex will play havoc with your life. I can also examine how that location is affecting you. Sometimes moving just a few minutes away from a vortex center can cause everything to snap right into place!

I will be happy to give you an I-Ching Oracle reading, just let me know and I will PM you the results. I didn't read your entire post because I give what are known as blind readings. That way no known facts can be accidently interjected through personal interpretation into what the Oracle has to say.

I have examined your Charts and here is a summary of the most important points:
Your Birth Chart:
You have tremendous spiritual potential but you will have to work consistently to realize it. You were born with Sun conjunct Neptune and sextiling Pluto and Moon conjunct Mercury and Uranus. Essential that you learn to harness your intuition and bring some order to your mental faculties and your imagination.
You have great potential as a healer and when this is stimulated by your compassion for others you will give unselfishly of your abilities even if you will not realize money or career success in doing so. In answer to the question: "What did you come to do in this lifetime?" Saturn in Scorpio says that you came to heal and transform self as well as others.
Your Rising Sign is 2 degree Sagittarius with Mercury, Uranus Sun and Moon in Sagittarius. You also came into this life to see, feel and do a little of everything (no, make that a whole lot of everything)!!! the danger with Sagittarius Rising and all of these Sag Planets is a tendency toward recklessness and accident proneness. All this Sag Energy means you have Four (4) Fire Elements; you have heat to burn, so to speak!
Now its get's interesting. Your Mars (Action Planet) Squares your Chiron, Saturn, Ascendant and Moon Nodes. That's rough!
this creates difficulty with decisions, the past, the future, responsibilities, many relationships and life lessons. More than many other Charts I have reviewed, you must get in touch with the hidden side of yourself and the Goddess within you to be certain about what path or road to take. A Chart like this cautions to never act on pure impulse!
So you have a tremendous amount of restless energy that likely brings upsets to your life because the energy is difficult to balance and focus effectively. A Mercury - Uranus Conjunction in your 1st House can be like a "Bull in a China Shop", particularly with Mercury Retrograde. You have genius potential and creative thoughts sometimes stream through your consciousness like a raging river during a spring snowmelt! Watch the coffee and stimulants or you will fry your nervous system!
With Saturn and Part of Fortune in your 12th House you have a certain amount of spiritual protection watching out for you.
Regarding 2006 and the Present:
I believe 2006 will be a better year for you overall than 2005 was. You will be led in the direction of stability, material security and self-discipline. But your road will not be smoothly paved; more bumpy riding is likely in order to get you there.
Your 2006 Chart lacks Air element. You need to network with your contacts, maybe make new ones, in order to find the pot of gold at the rainbow's end. Start communicating and don't stop until you find the information and resources that you need now. You have a Disseminating Moon Phase which should help put you in the mood to talk to people and pick their brain for useful information.
You have a Sun-Jupiter conjunction now and this conjunction is ascending through your Northern Hemisphere for the next 3 months. It is more than OK to be optimistic, even if you will feel like an idiot for letting yourself feel like that. It is OK to believe you are going to prosper in 2006. It is OK to believe your luck is going to change very soon now. It is OK to ask for a miracle and get one now! You have no idea how lucky a Sun-Jupiter conjunction can be and I hope you will find out tomorrow morning!
I am more concerned for your relationship situation this year. It shows a lot of strain. If the two of you don't forge a tighter connection from all of the recent trials and trouble, the strain could tear things apart soon. But you alone cannot force this to happen; your SO must also strive to create a stronger bond amid the chaos and confusion.
In Asheville, you are standing on "holy ground". Go to one of the mountaintops. Ground yourself to the rock there. Fill your lungs with the mountain air (you need Air Element). Be still and ask to be guided and shown a vision of what you must do next. Be patient - it will come.
Your Locational (ACG) Map:
The nearest planetary line to Asheville, NC is your Chiron Descendant Line, which passes directly through Washington, DC to the North. From the Astrodienst Website, this description:
"Along this line, you gain direct contact with your shadow side and discover dark and unresolved aspects to your polarity. You undergo an alchemical process, which is open- ended and unpredictable. However, you are not trying to find a happy ending but rather get to the bottom of your repeated relationship failures.
You might even undergo a painful separation or experience loneliness and isolation. Chironic influences will continue to confront you with your own projection of weakness and woundedness. These experiences lead to an understanding of your own problems and form the basis, at a later stage, of assisting with questions about partnerships. In particular, psychologists, therapists and marriage counsellors benefit from this greater understanding. Living West of this Line is better".
And that is of course where you are presently located. In fact, I am a little suprised that the influence of this line seems to be reaching as far West as it is in your case.

Thank you very much for the insight, Derestanne. It's definitely given me a new perspective. I've also been having strange dreams lately and the urge to decipher them. Kind of interesting to tie everything together.
