Ok, so I didn't get to see him, cuz he was in theater 13 when I was going into theater 18, but...
Paul McCartney was in the same theater as me today. I went with my friends to see the Fellowship of the Ring (for the 3rd time) and my friend works at the theater and when she saw me, she goes "hey, are you a Beatles fan?" and I said "Yeah" and she says to me "Well, Paul McCartney is in one of our theaters." Needless to say, I was like "WHAAAAAATTT?!?!?!?" I was speechless. She said he was in theater 13, and I could go in there if I wanted, but I figured that:
1.) His movie was already showing and I didn't want to interrupt...
2.) The doors to our movie were opening and we needed to get seats
3.) I didn't want to rush the poor guy going "OH MY GOD! YOU'RE PAUL MCCARTNEY!! The man probably hates that
Still, part of me is going "shucks...I coulda' seen Paul McCartney.
I totally forgot he lived here in Tucson...I'm surprised in the 9 years I've lived here I haven't seen him...Hmm....He lives near (or in, I don't remember) the CiVANO homes near where my dad lives....
Gees...If I had nothing to do at that time, I would have waited around outside 13 and been like "heeeyyy".....but oh well, maybe it's better this way. I'm sure he had all sorts of people around him... aww...now that I think about it, he probably just wanted to see a movie... :p
