death in the family

my uncle died this morning of a heart thing. we knew he had a bad heart but we always thought he was the survivor type, so it was a shock to us all. i don't know what to do. i just lit a white candle in his honor. anyway i don't undertsand where he went. what the hell happens to you when you die? i hate not having the answers. i hate not knowing if he's okay now... if he's happy or at peace and all that.

I am sorry for your loss. Its an awful thing to be uncertain where someone that you loved is or has gone onto. It may comfort you to know nearly everyone who has a near death experience reports after that they felt a huge sense of well being and no uncertainty as to what was happening. I will be thinking of you.
