Can anyone suggest any sources for learning about Slavic (especially Polish) deities?
What little I've been able to find out (a couple of names) I learned from a set of "things Polish" trivia cards. I couldn't find out anything about Polish paganism even when I was in Poland (a lovely place with friendly people and, no matter what you've heard, good food).
Eastern Europeans refuse to admit their Pagan past. The Polish history books I've read cover the geological period, then skip right to the arrival of Christianity (and the Jews were there centuries earlier, and the Poles won't talk about that, either).
Kolenda was the sun God, and Marzanna was a Goddess of spring. That's the extent of what I know.
Suggestions appreciated.

What about Lithuania Lavita and Estonia who were only Christinized about...600 years ago so alot of Pagans/Paganistic traditions didn't die out.

Thanks for the info...I'm fairly new to paganism, and am half Polish, so this is very interesting to me. :)
