Dragon Dream?!?

I've had a love of dragons all my life but have never once dreamed of one except that in one dream there was one but I never saw it I just knew it was there..

I dreamed I was in a house Ive never seen before and for the I was human but suddenly I wasnt anymore I was a female fire dragon and fell inlove with a water dragon and then he could become me and I him we were escaping something I think another dragon who was pissed Id chosen the water dragon as my mate and not he I was flying through the air then dived into the ocean and it was just one big escape dream it was so weird Ive never ever not once dreamed of dragons let alone being one and I always associated myself with the elements of air and water not fire and water and my prefered metal is silver not gold but when I've had goddess dreams or other odd dreams gold is a predominant theme..

Any thoughts?

Back in 2004 I had a similar dream.. I was a big, red dragon flying in a tunnel with lava flowing on the bottum. Suddenly I found another red dragon that was male and looked like me, we came together so perfectly and we still flew. We flew in a circle like a yin-yang affect, right in mid-air. It was one of the most beautiful, vivid dreams I'd ever had. I found out later that a red female dragon was my new spirit guide after that dream. Her most important lesson was be yourself, regardless of what others think you should be.

Maybe they are coming into your dreams to show you new things and sides of yourself to help you spiritually grow? I'd never dreamnt of dragons before that one, either.

I dont know it was very odd, I went from human to dragon and barely realised it till I was trying to escape and dived into the water where the other dragon could not go, I breathed white fire under the water as well it was so bright I nearly woke up just from that I dont remember how it ended or what happened but im pretty sure there was an end to the story...

Years ago I had a similar dream.

In my dream I was in a log cabin on a mountainside. I was afraid because I knew there was something outside that had come for me. I thought it was going to hurt me or try to kill me.

The thing was large and kept coming around the cabin, rattling at the door and windows and calling me to come out. I yelled out at it that I knew it was there to hurt me. It stepped back away from the cabin a bit and said, "No, I'm not here to hurt you. I want you to come outside and play with me."

I peeked out and could see that it was a dragon. I knew it was a female dragon. I don't remember what colour it was although I think it was red but I'm not sure now. The dragon said, "You don't need to be afraid of me. You are powerful too and are a match for me if you need to fight."

I realized then in my dream that I didn't have to stay in a human form but could change my form if I wanted. I transformed but I didn't transform into a dragon shape. In my dream I became a Phoenix with flames all around me, with my body like that of a large eagle.

I flew out of the cabin towards the dragon and we flew up into the air and danced around together. I remember we danced so that it was like the yin-yang symbol, just like LiaWifeMother described in her dream.

The thing that I learned from that dream was that our human forms are just one form we can take and that when we need it there are other powerful things we can do too. And we don't need to be afraid.
