I'm having trouble staying asleep when my S.O. stays over (and not for any fun reason, either :hahugh: ). I do have a rather small bed, so that may be the problem... I'm only wondering whether anyone else might have experience with this. What might cause it? Can it be gotten over?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah, the small bed can be the issue. When I was on leave (vacation for you non-military types) and crashing out at my fiances' house (she lives with her Mom/younger sibs) and sleeping in the same bed as her. She has a really freakin small bed. I have a bigger bed in my barracks room. Then again though, she is half a foot shorter than me. Plus a friend of hers was crashing there as well, and if I do not trust someone, I have a hell of a time sleeping in the same room as them. I love my Fiance, and trust her above all others, but her friend....well..... Not so much. Probabally because I don't know her friend really. But the tiny bed with us sharing it didn't help either. Many a morning Mom woke me up, and I was almost falling off the bed while my girl on the other hand was happily spread out and hogging all the blankets. Ah well, whatever.
Small beds can kill sleeping habits if you have to share them, or are not used to sharing a bed with someone. If not being used to sharing a bed is the problem, then it won't matter if your bed is the size of a buick.
Good luck on your sleeping troubles, hope you get them solved soon. Now if only I could get to the root of mine and solve them.
