I just got off the phone from a great talk with a friend of mine. She was telling me about one of her girl friends who is pregnant. Her pregnant friend already has two kids, one is about eight (I think) and the other is about three.
The three year old apparently pointed at his mommy's tummy and said "baby" about a week before the mother knew she was pregnant. And now the little boy keeps coming up and touching the mother's tummy and says "two."
Twins run in the husband's family. The pregnant friend has noticed that she seems to be a lot bigger than she should be at this stage in the pregnancy, so it's possible that they are going to have twins unless they guessed wrong on when she conceived. They're apparently going to find out this Thursday when they see the doctor about whether it is twins or not.
Has anyone else had interesting stories about little kids making predictions spontaneously like that? I thought it was cool. I hope the little boy is able to keep the talent as he gets older and can use it more consciously.
