I think I'd have to see it work before I'd go get one. And if you're a business next to some place that caters to that age group chances are they're gonna take it up with the city if you get one.
But an interesting idea if nothing else.

My study of sensory development may have been brief, but I still think that lower figure on that age range is a bit off. Higher frequency hearing is the first to go, but you get your peak range way before age twelve.

LOL, That approach actually does work. A C-store in the town I used to live in had teens hanging around outside every weekend, and they put some speakers out and played stuff like big band music, easy listening and so on. And they went away.
