Soul searching

Do you ever have those days when you're not sure who you are??
Usually I am strong and positive, but I have days (like today) where I feel "out of control" of things, vunerable I guess.
Is there any significance to this, am I supposed to be learning from this?
I have to say though that I am back at work tomorrow after 3 weeks holiday, so I guess that may have a lot to do with it.
I am preparing to do my first ritual over the coming weeks and want to be as positive as possible when I first "dedicate myself".
Do you think this may be a sign that I'm rushing things?

Think about what you'll gain from it, and what you're scared of - and if there's anything you'd lose by waiting..? The choice is up to you! And don't worry, there's never a wrong time to do it - except if you don't think you're ready. The Gods are ready whenever you are, and they'll never think you did it wrong or stop waiting for you!

Trust in the Goddess. If you start something, and it isn't right (timing, intent, etc.) She'll find some way of letting you know.

It sounds like plain old 'new at this' jitters to me. Instead of jumping in with a full-blown ritual with all the 'bells & whistles' how about a simple prayer (to whatever Deity/Deities you've chosen as your own) for guidance?

Like joining any new faith, club, etc. ...it all gets easier with time!
