I have a couple of questions.
1) If I wanted to make a spell and cast it, should I call the quarters and stuff, or can I just make and cast.
2) If I am doing my own ritural, can I do more that one spell at as time, for more effectness. And am talking 2 completely different spells.

I think the answer to both parts of the question is that it depends what the spell is. It certainly isn't neccessary to cast all spells only inside a circle, although it might give you some protection and you can always plan and write your ritual to focus on your intention.

Why the rush? When you cast a spell, it is not as important how you do it as the intentions behind it. I am not a spell-caster, but I suspect that you will get mixed responses here about whether you need to call the quarters and such. Personally, I find that it helps to create a "sacred space" for any spiritual workings; it is like a little shelter from the rest of the world.
I am curious about your second question, however. What are you doing that you feel like you must condense your spells to conserve time? Spell casting is extremely draining; whatever you do, it is important to pay attention to your body and spirit when it is telling you you need a break. Further, in order for a spell to be effective, you must be putting all of your thought and energies into it. Rushing it will weaken its power, if not actually making it counterproductive.
So my response to you is: do what you want, but BE CAREFUL. Take your time and think things through. Good luck.

You should "call the quarters and stuff". It'll help you sharpen and focus your energy. You will start off with an environment you have created to be most conducive to magical work. Casting a circle and calling quarters etc. clears out any unhelpful energy, helps you get into a magical mindset, invites the elements etc. to assist you, and enables you to build and contain energy until you're ready to send it.
2) If I am doing my own ritural, can I do more that one spell at as time, for more effectness. And am talking 2 completely different spells.
It is better to do one at a time. That way you and the energy you raise will be utterly focused on one intent. The more you can focus on an intent, the better. And you can do each at a time (moon phase, weekday, hour, etc.) most conducive to that intent. For instance you'd want to do a love spell on a Friday during a full moon and during the hour of Venus. However, a prosperity spell certainly would work better at a more appropriate time.

My view is a very practical view of magic.
First, don't call the quarters unneccisarily. Second, don't use magic unneccisarily.
As for two spells at the same time, please explain what you mean by the same time, how you intend to do them, and how different they are.

Well the plan was when I did my full moon ritural, I was going to call on the aid of the god and goddess in healing/ protecting me. The other thing I was thinking of adding was some assistance in direction. Now the god and goddess I have aid in healing, and not direction

I generally find it unnecessary to call the quarters and cast a circle all the time. I usually only do that when I'm doing a full blown ritual.
I suppose it will depend on the two spells you plan to do, if they relate to eachother or not. I generally only cast one spell at any given time.

1) It depends on how good at casting circle and spellcraft you are, I suppose. If casting a circle takes too much energy and you wont be able to do both spells without ending up drained, then it prolly isn't a great idea. But
generally I say, yes, always cast a circle. It really is worth the effort.
2) Sure you can. It just depends on your focus. Can you completely pull your mind away from the first spell to concentrate on the second? If so, there is nothing stopping you. Personally, I would do a miniture clensing after the first before the second to prepare the circle (and the spirits present) for the second spell. So the energys don't clash.
Best wishes!
