Does anyone know how you can train to see Auras, i've looked it up on the internet and found some sites but i'm not sure how good they are. On some sites i've been to, it says that sometimes, even if you think you se auras, it might be Retina burn (http://www.langara.bc.ca/psychology/colour2.htm). So does anyone know how to really see auras.
Thanks.

hmmm..... I'm sure others out there can do it better than me but...I can see them through touch. When I touch some one (usually) on the back I can see a picture of the aura. When I get pictures of auras or other metaphysical images it's kinda' like a strong 'ghost image' on the TV. I see what ever is around in the here and now... but get a second image (of vering strength) imposed on what I'm seeing. The aura for me will become layers of colors that often flux and sometimes a small part may move. I doubt if it's retina burn since I usually keep my eyes open.
Good luck on more info.!

I have been helping my boyfriend to see auras ever he showed a spark of interest in it. First we worked on inanimate objects because the colours are consistent depending on the colour of the object. So we lay down on my bed and stared up at the prayer flags hanging up in my old room and I explained to him what I saw and then I let him figure out the rest, and he did it!
Generally when attempting to see auras you shouldn't strain your eyesight. Relax your body and just look...naturally as if you were simply off in faerieland and you just glancing about.

Obviously with living beings auras are much more intense!

I doubt that it's retna burn in my case, as I see it better with my eyes shut. ;)
