I have been innundated with enough inane unimportant "exclusives" about their wedding, lack of wedding, baby, baby's daddy, trips, publicity, not to mention what they are wearing today!!!! I almost expect to see Julie Andrews dressed up like Victor/Victoria........

Oh well. I am a student and I am here. Been lurking for some time. Heard tons of stuff about this place from friends of mine. Not all bad, but not all good. Guess that goes with all boards.

So is it true you stake Christians out for the sun? Hope not, cuz I am a Christo-Pagan. Still figuring out my path, but I don't want to tick the big guy off.

hmmmm, of course you hear always good and bad about places - if you hear about them at all, that is. but i dont know who gave you the impression someone was staked out for the sun at alll here on mystic wicks. i believe that it would not be a too bad idea if you did some reading about the ONE RULE called respect, which is followed whole heartedly here on mw

to explain you one big rule
that we all enjoy as cool

mysticwicks means respect
and we all try stick to that
we keep the language children safe
and try not to misbehave

foul language we dont like
but even more we would dislike
prostelizing however thats spelled

you can reason and discuss
but dont try to cause a fuss
or you might even get expelled

but there is more to mysticwicks
than just a rule to which we'd stick
its a family place for many here
who keep coming back year after year

and we have one cool treasure
thats causing lots of pleasure
without any more drama
i will explain, the mysticwicks karma

look bellow at the posting field
see "touch karma" among the links
this way you can express
disagreement or agreements bless

simpy choose the options
give karma means "agree"
taketh on the other hand
means you strongly disagree

your user control panel
will show you pretty clear
whether you are a "accepted channel"
or rather one for problems to steer

underneath your user name
green dots will show approval
if the red spots are more, well mate
means you harvested wild disapproval

if you find there is a grey dot
dont belive in something bad
it means someone who yet cannot
did give you good karma, albeit they cant

cause to be able to play
50 posts you have to have made
but after that you are allowed
to make 50 pokes a day without
repeating the same post ever though
nor touch one person unless 10 "pokes"
are between the poking spree
come join the party
