Hey y'all. Man,I havent been here forever.....sheesh. Well my question is do nipple piercings HECKA hurt???? I'm sure it hurts....but if anyone has it done,how much pain did you feel? Well I'm done w/my lame question. Adios and Blessed Be-

I can honestly say it's not that bad. Mine was done 7 years ago. In fact, it gave me kind of an endorphine rush, so I didn't really think of it as pain at the time. If you get it done by someone who really knows what they're doing it shouldn't hurt much. Real pain comes if you don't take proper care of the piercing -- I've seen this happen to friends. Give it some thought though, because even if you decide you don't want to wear the ring/bar later, you'll still see a visible hole in the nipple forever.

i had mine done about a year ago and it hurt like a $&*#@! not quite as much as my brother's (he attempted to pierce his own, with a sewing needle) but that was his own fault! i agree with tenders though because although its the most painful piercing i've had like with any piercing, the pain doesnt last too long as long as you treat it properly! :cutie:

Hello everyone,
I haven't had my nipple pierced (yet), but my sister and my husband have, and they both told me that it didn't hurt at all..... But that still doesn't help me in deciding when I'm gonna get mine done. And since I'm a girlie I'm gonna have to get them both done, because, and without trying to sound perverse, if I don't get them both done they'll look (lol) wonky :lol: Sorry sis, but yours do cause you've only got the one done :crylaugh:

Here's a follow-up question: does it reduce sensitivity in the nipples after they're pierced?

I pierced my navel 6 years ago, and now I have NO feeling in it. It *used* to be a major "spot" for me, and now it's just a plain ol' belly button. I would defninitely NOT want the same thing to happen to my nips.

Thank you for answering my question. Ive been thinking about getting my nips done and the sides of my belly button....my friend said it didnt hurt when he got his nipples done. And he has a lot done to himself......... But I have a year to think about it anyways. Well thanks and Blessed Be-

you lost feeling in your navel??? strange.....mine became a spot after it got pierced...*grin*.....

as for nipples...owwy owwy owwy!!!!!

i can't imagine getting mine done....and i really think it depends on the person when they get it pierced how much it hurts....

my navel didn't hurt when it got pierced...but it sure as hell hurt after....even though i took care of it...it's the longest healing piercing you can get....

but, some people scream bloody murder getting it pierced.....same as tattoos...neither of mine hurt...and the one on my back didn't even bleed (oddly enough...and no, it's not cause the needle didn't go in deep enough or the tat would've faded by now....but it's still perfect... :D ) Some people scream like hell, or cry getting a tat done.....

Well as long as you dont watch the peircer put the bar through your nipple, you should be okay.

For me it hurt like a son of a bitch for about a month, and then it subsided, adn now there's no pain at all. If I had to do over again, I would.

I love all my pericings equally, LOL.

My only bit of advice, check references on your peircer, make sure they're sanitary, and dont just get one done, get them both. It's all about symmetry.

I thought it was the tongue? I dunno...my navel healed completely in like 3 months (my friend who got hers done with me, hers never healed--she ended up taking it out like a year later).

Wasn't so bad after it was done, it's quick and once the jewelry is in, you're fine. If I ever take it out tho, I won't EVER do it again. The moment right before they do it is excruciating cuz you're waiting to scream... and I did...
