Does anyone know of any offerings that Athene and Hecate like, as when i was doing my essays, i asked for help and now i'd like to thank them, but have no idea what they'd like, anyone who worships them or knows about them or Hellenic reconstructionists, do you know what they'd like.
Also are there any particular offerings i could give Apollo, and something else, how do you dispose of offerings, as that's something i have no idea about, i've thought about leaving it on the earth but have no idea if that's how it's done (or was done), i've read on some sites and in a few books, that some offerings were burned, but i don't really have enough privacy to burn things.
Anyway thanks, for any help you can give me.

Well, I attended a ritual once that honored the goddess hecate.
As offering and libation, we dipped homemade bread in a small dish of olive oil and drank a mix of milk and honey.
Then we left alittle olive oil dipped bread and a small dixie cup of milk & honey outside on the ground.
That's just what we did...
An offering can be anything you feel they would like.
It could be a small crystal,
an herb that you like, a small amount of a favorite beverage or food... Or a piece of chocolate, even.
I suggest that if you leave food out, like a beverage pour it out on the ground an hour later or the next day.
Nobody likes a litterbug..

I know the source sucks, but:

nah, there's much worse than wikipedia.
i'm not too sure about Artemis, but i wouldn't offer vennison!
actually anything from the heart will suffice, but traditionally Hekate was offered red mullet (a taboo fish), dog, eggs, onions and honey, so a killer omelete works great!
and olive oil is always appropriate for the Greek gods.

Not really. Check out what the Church of the Subgenius snuck in there about itself.

Thanks, for all your suggestions, i think i know what i'm going to use for offerings for them, but i have another question, how do you make offerings and dispose of them (is there a standard way for Greek gods or do Athene and Hecate like things done in a certain way).
It's just i don't want to be to seem disrespectful and i'd like to offer and dispose of it in a way they'll like, normally when i've made offerings, i've offered it to the gods or other beings, then put it on the earth, but i have no idea if this is right.
I've heard that Underworld deities like Hecate, have offerings on the ground but what about offerings for Athene or others, is it the same?
Thanks for any help you can give me :).

traditionally Greeks left offerings for sky deities on a raised altar (Athene), and for cthonic deities on a lower altar or the ground. However, as Hekate doesn't fit neatly into either of these categories (why i love Her so!) i'd say do what feels respectful to you.
the crossroads was certainly a popular place offerings of propition, which were left without looking back.

I gave Hecate an offering of eggs, mushrooms, and I think some milk...

I use an alter dug a couple of inches into the ground. Raw eggs, fish and "magic" mushrooms work great. Dispose of? Leave it it at a crossroad and DON'T LOOK BACK!

I leave her three apples in a wild place, on a low alter made of driftwood, by some elder bushes on a crossroads of pathes. I have a friend who includes lamb in her offerings. Edited to add: Look to the left. It's not far from the place you see in my Rauri's Avatar! You see why I could never bring lamb:)

When you say magic mushrooms, do you mean the drug or something else? and are there any other ways, to leave offerings, it's just all the cross roads near me, are nearly always busy, so i don't know exactly how to leave a offering without someone seeing me (and then telling me to take it with me).

it's not that important.
i offer to Hekate at least twice a month, and if it happens at my home altar (raised, btw) then i leave it on the altar until the next night when i put it in my compost pile, which seems appropriate to me. depending on the offering i might leave it outside for the animals.
i have a crossroads nearby too, but it's WAY too busy to use sacredly.
but my altar in the woods is very remote, and has a three-way crossroads within 100 feet (a well worn deer trail). there i just leave the offering on the altar, but i always walk the crossroads first.
