hiya all and greetings. . . this is the biggest message board ive ever joined. . . wow. hopefully my little ol' hi post won't get lost in the deluge ; )

my personal path is an amagamation of all sorts of things, but with high ratios of shamanism, good ol' witchcraft, Hindu and Norse systems, and all things energy. hopefully i will provide some amusement and information either alternately or in tandem for you all. . .

MM and welcome Nehelia. glad to see you here!
now, if you're willing to exchange a sip of that chartreuse for a bit of this Absinthe then we can join together in a celebration of 'all things green'!
hail hail 'le fee verte'!

Yummmy! Absinthe!!! (Not that I particularly like the taste mind you... It tastes pretty bad actually... But it makes you feel yummy.)

I'll take some of that stuff.

Namaste' and Merry Meet! This is the largest message board I have ever joined also, I thought it was a big overwhelming at first! I began investigating New Age philosophy to address a chronic pain issue. This led to Yoga and then to the Old Religion. I've been practicing as a solitary for about 14 months and also belong to a pagan community in Tulsa, OK. I live in a small town near Tulsa and am currently involved in establishing a community in this area. My path is currently eclectic Wiccan with some Native American and even a little Buddhism. I've recently been drawn to the Norse aspects. I am constantly wanting to learn more about everything.

I raised three beautiful sons as a single mother and the youngest just graduated high school. I feel that I am a "technical crone" due to surgically induced menopause and that I have completed the mothering cycle (well, not really, I still worry about them and help them all the time). The youngest is in the military and is about halfway out of the house, so I feel that I live alone with my three cats. By profession, I am a social worker with a great deal of experience and skill and I am working on figuring out what it is I want to do with it. Looking forward to learning and laughing with you all.

Kaylara (love the name)--the reason i drink chartreuse is because it has the same active ingredients as absinthe, from wormwood, but the taste is a complex melody of more than 100 other mountain herbs used in its making by this little monk place. . . its absolutely delicious and always good for a whirl!~

and of course, Greenman, i will take you up on that. . . *makes a face as she chokes down the anise taste*

thanks for the welcome everyone. . . seems like there are lotsa new people besides me but that's what happens to an active high-member board. . .

*turns all bright orange and starts to mingle furiously*
