I have been trying some meditation practice to get better with focusing my mind, but my mind always takes me to a nature setting and I always feel some sort of presence wanting to catch my attention. It is always an animal of some sort, and not necessarily the same type. What should I do about this? Sometimes I go into meditation for other purposes ... should I ignore my mind when it wants to go astrally to meet familiars? Or should I go with the flow?
