That was complicated. I never really see the term "high" magic anymore. What used to be called "high" magick is more commonly referred to as "ceremonial" magick. So is that from some Order...Golden Dawn BOS?

Yup sometimes termed ceremonial.

If I remember correctly that shows info from various places, not necessarily related to Golden Dawn or anyone in particular.

I'm very interested in your beliefs on high magic Myst, because it's something I've read about and realize perhaps even toyed around with unknowingly (perhaps calling it somethign else). Do you think this would be termed as just something done in ritual with set ways of doing it, like patterns and whatnot, or is it just a way to say any type of magic done for more personal and/or spiritual growth type things? There's just so many definitions that float around, I was wondering interested in other opinions on this.

and now that I look at that star on that page you showed, I know what the symbol is I drew like 4 or 5 pages of. Boy that kind of spooks me out, I think it was last year some time

That's why I use the term high magic rather then ceremonial magic (which some people might equate with the use of ceremony). When I use the term I refer to studying the traditions of the kabbalah and hermetica; it's also thought of as theurgy.
