Are the Gods bound by the same universal laws that humans may be?(Karma, fate, etc)Or by definition do they transcend these?x

For me, karma is an internal process not governed by a 'higher power.' The God/ess are elemental forces and not much concerned by karma either. Fate, that's a whole other banana. While it may not be internal, it's wound up with circumstance, choice and chance. I don't conceive elemental forces as petty. But with Earth out of skew and the ice caps melting, I'm thinking a lot about destiny lately.

imho, yes. the gods are bound by fate, the same as mortals. Fate is beyond them, beyond all. To use a star wars analogy, cause well i like star wars and i just thought of this....

if the gods are master jedi they have knowledge of and can use the force, but are still not more powerful than it, the force is fate, a power more vast and powerful than a jedi master. the gods may have more knowledge of fate and even be able to influence it to some extent, but they still cannot control it, and are themselves still influenced by it.

Yes, the gods are not all powerful and omnipresent. They have to play be the same rules we do. It may be on a bigger, scale but they can't wake up one day and decide to change the make up of reality simply because thats what they feel like doing. There are forces out there that hold them in check and to tamper with that could set off a chain of events that not even they would be able to stop.

The Gods are not human, we see them in human or anthro form because it's easy for our minds to understand. They are the universal laws, (and so much more than that too.)

I would say transcend. I think it would be foolish to expect the divine to be able to be defined in such human terms. :)

I don't think that they could be constrained like humans are but i think there might be forces that hold them back from completly doing what they wanted (e.g. like if one or a few of them wanted to destroy humans, then i think something might stop them, maybe other gods, etc). I think that sometimes it's other gods that stop gods from doing what they want (like in a lot of myths, etc) and sometimes it may be other things. Like Gaia might step in, if some gods tried to destroy the world.
