I was just wondering, has anyone heard of or read this book, Offerings to Isis (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0738707058/qid=1142023173/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/002-0778611-8152026?s=books&v=glance&n=283155). I saw it in the shops today and looked through it, it seem's to have some cool things in it, but, as i don't know much about Kemetism, i don't know if it is good or not, also a lot of the book's i've thought may have been good were fluffy, so would you recommend this or isn't too fluffy.
Thanks.

Ms. Forrest is actually not Kemetic, but Isian. Even so, I found the book to be an enjoyable look at how the Fellowship of Isis sees Isis.
If you're reading it to see how the Isians do things, or how they see Isis, it's alright. I wouldn't recommend it for most Kemetic paths, but I could be wrong.

Ok, cool thanks, if you don't mind me asking, what is Isian, i'm guessing it probably has something to do with Isis, but what's the difference between that and Kemetism (sorry if that sounds like a dumb question), is it like Egyptian style wicca or something?.

Actually, Isians are completely separate from Wicca and Kemetics.

I think is the right address for them. :) Hope that helps.
