goddess...please clear the fog

Ever since toby lost my dreamstone
I've been having nitemares every nite
Nothing that i have done so far
will make them go away.
It seems as if toby is causing them all
as every dream involves him in a menacing attitude
After these dreams i am drained physically and emotionally.
Ever since we "broke up" these dreams have gotten increasingly worse...
berating me, cursing me, hating me, regretting my existance.
Im am also becoming quite depressed
both because of those dreams, and because of the hatefull words he has said to me out of misunderstanding.
May you help me out of this fog and remind toby of the wiccan rede. I do not wish him any harm, but he is slowly degrading my life with every nite that i am sleepless.
And may you bless my new stone so it may aid me in clearing these dreams.

It's been a long time since i have slept all throughout the nite, without waking up crying.
The nitemares have stopped for the timebeing
and i hope they, and toby never come back to harass me.
I will use this new energy that has come about thru my rejuvination, to begin to heal my mind and heart.
