Question for all of you.....

I was just wondering what you all think of when two separate readings are done, at diffferent times, and day, and using the same deck, and yet both people almost have the exact cards show up in their readings.

Any ideas?

Well, it depends. Do they know each other? Is there any obvious reason why their readings would be so similar? Was it a general reading or was it about one particular issue that would affect them both?

Also, being someone who relies more upon instinct than anything else when doing my readings, getting similar cards in two separate readings for two seperate people does not mean that my interpretation of the reading will be exactly the same. The same card can be interpreted in many different ways depending on the energy I pick up from the querent.

Was it a general reading or was it about one particular issue that would affect them both? My readng was basically a :What do I need to know now type reading. his hd a specific question in mind and no I do not know the question.

I agree with Temptation. The cards can show up in 2 completely different readings, for people who don't know each other, but the reading will probably not be the same.

Another explanation (if the querents aren't related in any way) is that we are all part of the collective unconcious, and at some times, we are all thinking or going through similar situations.

Example: Have you ever had an idea for a story or picture or something and then in a few weeks or months, someone else publishes that same idea? It happens *shrug* :)
