Ok, guys. Lemmie get it out.
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!
Why, you ask? Ok, sometime this week, we are going to be having auditions for Advanced Drama at my school. Auditions are simply a 1-2 minute monologue...of any style. So, being the lover of challenges that I am (in drama anyway), I decided that since I had only done comic things for my teacher, that I'd do a dramatic one for my audition. Heh...I THINK I can pull it off. In fact, I'm quite confident, but I also have those insecurities (just look at my use of the word THINK). This monologue involves tearing up and even crying. Usually I can cry and stuff if I really get into that mood, where I'm no longer myself, I'm Samantha, the one the monologue is about, and I'm telling all this to my boyfriend(it's the plot of the monologue). And I've been practicing, and I can kind of get the tearing part down, but I'm just worried that I'm going to get out there and actually do my audition (which is in front of the class, mind you) and won't be able to cry!!! :ugh: :eek:
Wish me breaking of legs, guys. I'm really nervous, and I really need to practice. Hopefully getting out there and actually saying this to people will help me to cry, because then I'll actually be having that Samantha feeling of having to tell this to someone...
:eek: Eep anyway...
