Which of "the Goddesses" do you worship, identify with, etc....
Why?
I chose Isis. I feel closer to her than any God or Goddess in general. Three of my past lives were in Egypt... I consider it my true homeland......

Inanna.
It's kinda hard to say why I identify her. She's just awesome.. I love her myths. She's strong and courageous and probably the first heroine/goddess. She isn't afraid to stand up for herself.

My duaghters Goddess is Freya. If you ask her what the Godess' name is she will tell you Freya and if you ask where The Goddess lives she will put to her heart. She told me yesterday that The Goddess kissed her cheek.
And well Im still surching. Innanna and I are kinda forming a relationship. But someone came to me int he form of a Crane and I havent found out who she is yet.

What goddess chant are you talking about?

When I answered I did not catch the poll. So of those choices it would be Innana.
Verthandi there is a chant/song/prayer what ever you want to call it that goes Isis, Astarte, Dianan, Hicatate, Demeter, Kali, Innana. It is beautiful when sung.

I'm an Artemis girl. I grew up in the boondocks with the woods as my playmate. Her strength and fierce femininity are encouraging - something for which I look to her for inspiration. She's been my favorite for many years, my chosen goddess. She has yet to "choose" me back. :\

I'm not familiar with "The Goddess Chant." Do people just chant these names of the goddesses?
From this list, I'm closest with Demeter. I like her motherly spirit.

I'd never heard the "Goddess Chant" but its quite beautiful! Anyways, of the ones listed, I'd say Demeter. She'd always held my interest(mildly) when we'd learn about greek mythology in school. But these days she's the closest being the mother of my diety, Persephone.

Aside from my obvious handle. I chose Isis/Iset because I am intensely devoted to her. Some of the people in the circle I attend now claim that I go way back with her and that I am one of hers. I don't know about all that accolade stuff, but it's true that I am unendingly devoted and have been for years now.

Isis/Aset for me too. I've always felt a deep connection with her and, I really can't explain it, but for as long as I can remember she's been "my" Goddess. As a child, I remember thinking about her and imagining her with me, I've just always "felt" her with me, I don't know if that makes any sense!
First time I hear the Chant though! Pretty! :)

I'm told by me mum that I was the same way. As a young child, I was deeply fascinated with the Egyptian pantheon and took a real attachment to Isis. Back then she just wrote it off as a child thing that I would grow out of. Today she equates it with the devil. (I'll never understand how anyone can do that with Isis).

Hecate is my Goddess. I am her Priestess and she chose me. And I couldn't be happier.

Artemis is my primary goddess. I say primary because she is the first I dedicated myself to when I was 10.
However, I also worship a "mother Goddess" who I have yet to find a name for. She isn't just Mother, she is THE mother. I often had dreams of her as a child, but she doesn't fit any descriptions or roles that I've been able to find.

I most definitely relate to Demeter. I love her tender, motherly spirit. I am a young mom and I feel like her relationship with Kore-Persephone is so beautiful. I love her. I have yet to be chosen by her..but I've chosen her. :(

At the moment i am not very close to any of the above Goddesses. But i hold Artemis very dearly. Also i've connected in the past with Hecate.
Artemis used to be my matron deity. Her independance and her maiden charm always fascinated me.The Huntress is a true inspiration to me.
My duaghters Goddess is Freya. If you ask her what the Godess' name is she will tell you Freya and if you ask where The Goddess lives she will put to her heart. She told me yesterday that The Goddess kissed her cheek.
Awww your daughter must be a blessed child!I am glad that she has such a strong connection to the Goddess.
Heart of Isis, jelly.belly and Lilith Morgaine you remind me a lot of my spiritual sister. She's also a member in MW.She considers Isis her mother and she thinks that she also goes way back with her.:)

Hecate and Artemis
Hecate was my patron Goddess when I was initiated.
Artemis is the name I took on.
Although my name has changed, I still hold Artemis dear to me.
Hecate Will Always Be A Part Of Me.

Although I focus mostly on Eastern philosophies, I still haven't looked deeply into Kali. I would have to choose Isis as being a goddess form/ideal that I associate to most in options listed at this time. In the future that may change. I would also have to say that Kwan Yin resonates with me as well as Lakshmi.

Why?
I don't. For a time there, I had been a follower of Artemis, but she has since faded from the scene and it became very clear that I am a follower of Apollo.
As for goddesses, I do worship Hestia, Polyhymnia and Terpsichore.

Diana. However, I have never chanted the Goddess chant before, but of those deities in the poll, it would be Diana.
Why?
Because that is the deity that seems to make herself stand out more to me.
