Dua Ma'at, dua Djehuty, dua Inpu! Dua Netjer!

Thank you for the grace you bestowed on me today. Thank you for the gorgeous weather, thank you for the beautiful blossoms everywhere, thank you for the lightheartedness and joy in the air... today everything seemed to be in Ma'at :)

Please grant me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.
Please help me manage my time so that I get everything done without becoming frazzled.
Please help me make the most of my day, no matter how what life throws at me.
Please help me give and receive love, joy, friendship and laughter. Please help me comfort and listen to those who are going through hard times.

I pray that you look after my mother and her health. Please protect her and the rest of our family, please protect and comfort my boss in his fight with illness, please look after my wonderful friends and my beloved cat.

Please help me uphold Ma'at and repel Isfet.

Thank you.

Dua Ma'at, dua Djehuty, dua Inpu! Dua Netjer!

Thank you for answering my prayers. Today was a perfectly nice day full of sun, beauty and friendship.

Thank you for allowing me to clear the air with my friend and for having the right person call at the right time.

Thank you for all the support and understanding I got today from friends and people who are in the same situation as I am. Please protect their parents as well as my mother; please assist and protect them in their fight with cancer.

To celebrate the vernal equinox, here is a voice offering which the king gives Ma'at, Djehuti and Inpu, the Great Gods: thousands of bread, beer and water, thousands of ox and fowl, alabaster, linen and incense, all things good and pure on which a God lives, for the ka of Michel the justified.

Please look after my Akhu. Please protect my mother, our family, my boss, my friends and my cat.

Please send me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow, so that I make the most of my last day off and go back to work on Wednesday durably refreshed and relaxed.

Please help me uphold Ma'at and repel Isfet.

Thank you.

Thank you for helping me get so much done at work over the past two days.

Thank you for all the neat little coincidences you sent my way today. Synchronicities always make me smile :)

Thank you for the feeling of joyfulness and wholeness that I am experiencing at the moment.

Thank you also for counterbalancing it with reminders that life is not all roses. Thank you for exposing some people for what they are. Thank you for sending me some minor disappointments in order to protect me from major letdowns in the future.

Please grant me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.

Please help me be more patient with people around me, especially at work, and remain graceful under pressure. O Ma'at, please show me the way of balance, justice and harmony.

Please help me seize new opportunities and make the most of them. I have a feeling that life is about to get exciting and I am looking forward to finding out what is in store for me. Please help me keep my cool and my sense of humour if the changes are more than I can normally handle, though!

O Djehuty, please help me find the motivation to start studying hieroglyphics again. Seeing how my fellow MW member Ptah's command of hieroglyphics helps him understand Netjer is quite inspiring. May I get to that level one day with Your help.

Please protect those who are dear to me and comfort those who are going through hard times.

Thank you.

Thank you for helping me through a somewhat difficult weekend, Sunday in particular. Even though the nightmares and the emotional roller-coaster weren't fun, I know that they are necessary. It is a sort of catharsis for my soul, so that I can be in Ma'at again.

Thank you for giving me my energy back today and for allowing me to get a lot done at work. Today was pretty busy, but focused and productive.

Please grant me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.
I have no idea what the rest of this week is going to be like but I know that with Your help, I can be strong and take whatever life throws my way. Who knows, maybe it will even be good and fun stuff? :)

Please protect everyone around me, my mother, my family, my boss, my friends and my cat.

Thank you.

Thank you for such an interesting day at work, which puts my upcoming business trip in a whole new perspective.

Thank you for allowing me to talk to my mother and find her in high spirits.

Thank you for the continued energy and productivity you are bestowing on me at the moment. Please help me draw on it outside of the office; please inspire me to expand my social horizons and to express my creativity.

Please grant me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow. Work will be plentiful and challenges should be many. I know I can overcome them with Your help.

Please help me stay organised and focused even when things get a bit chaotic around me.

Pease help me make time to call my friends and show them I am thinking of them. Please help me put the spark back into my social life. Please help me listen to the instinctive, emotional side of me more carefully. Please help me do something nice for myself tomorrow evening after work.

Please look after my Akhu, my family, my friends, my boss and my cat.
Please help me uphold Ma'at and repel Isfet.

Thank You.

Thank you for a day at work that was much more manageable than I expected. All those cancellations and postponed meetings sure made my life easier!

Thank you for the wonderful play session and cuddle I just had with my cat. She and I are sharing a very special bond at the moment and it fills my heart with joy, love and gratitude. Please look after her when I am away.

Thank you for a nice, relaxed evening where I took time to browse the library aisles without worrying about what I had to do after getting home or what I had to buy for dinner. House chores got done all the same and now at least I have something to read on my flight to Europe on Monday!

Please send me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.

Please help me get back into the habit of getting up one hour early to exercise and write every day without exception. I know I can do it and I believe I need it to remove my creative block.

Please protect my Akhu, my family, my friends, my boss and my cat. Please give my mother and my boss strength and comfort in their struggle with pain and illness. Please give my student friends serenity and focus for their final exams.

Thank You.

Thank you for answering my prayers today. Now I know where the company I work for is headed. Clarity is always a good thing, even if in this case the news I got probably mean that I will have to change jobs earlier than I would have liked to. But I am not afraid of change.

Please send me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.

Please send me lots of energy and help me use my time efficiently as I have many errands to run before leaving on my business trip to Italy on Monday. Please help me make time for myself too, instead of only focusing on what I must, should, have to do. There are several new places that I would like to explore this weekend but so far I have always denied myself those simple pleasures for no good reason.

Please look after all those I hold near and dear, especially those of them who are going through challenging times. May harmony and serenity return to their lives soon.

Thank you.

Thank you for a productive, non-rushed, pleasant day. Everything I had on my to-do list got done, which will allow me to relax tomorrow instead of running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

Thank you for a very nice evening with my friends. It was good to see everyone and to catch up with a few people that I had not seen in a while.

Thank you for the warm, deep friendships I am blessed with. I realise how lucky I am to have found such good people so shortly after moving to Vancouver. For that I am truly grateful.

Thank you for not letting me harbour negative feelings toward the girl who is dating the man I once was interested in. I thought that meeting her would be pretty awkward, but I actually felt neither upset nor envious. It is obvious that things would not have worked out between him and me, so thank you for sparing me the heartbreak and disappointment further down the line.

Please grant me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.

Please help me tie up all the loose ends quickly and efficiently. Please help me think positive thoughts and thoroughly enjoy the anticipation of my trip.

Please protect my friends, my family, my boss and my cat.

Thank you.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for hearing my prayers and helping my boss in his fight against cancer. Today he got the results from a battery of tests after a 3-month break in his chemo treatment and his PSA and other blood counts went down so much that his doctor could hardly believe it.
Of course he is not in complete remission yet but things are looking up indeed.
On behalf of his wife, his granddaughters and all his friends, a heartfelt Thank You for sending us a small miracle.

Thank you for looking after me day after day. Thanks to You, I seem to be able to tackle the challenges that life sometimes has in store and to turn them into a positive experience. But I must say that as of late, the challenges are few and the rewards many. Thank you.

Thank you for all the wonderful people in my life. I am truly blessed and very grateful for them.

Thank you for the invaluable gift of serenity.

Please send me another 24 hours of grace tomorrow.

Please keep looking after all the people who are dear to me.

Thank you.
