For Cloey and I

To put it as briefly as posible
I hurt my foot on the way to getting Cloey from school in between a large crack in the ice on the side walk and hurt my hip and back in the porcess.

Cloey hurt her foot in Gym class, she cannot put any weight on it or put her boot on. She got a ride home from her teacher while I walked the other two back to the house. Her teacher helped me get her into the house but then me and Cloey trying to get up the stairs with her bad foot, and me with my hip back and foot pinching up on me we were both in a lot of pain. And when I was close to getting her to the couch something really awful happend in my lower spine in the back and something in the front a bit higher up. I know that may not make sense that is what it felt like though.

So anyways if you could please spare us some energy and keep us in your prayers we should would appreciate it thanks.
