this really kinda sucks. I was in those statistics from 95 to 99....and let me tell you all it did for me was speed up my heart rate, only then for the doctors to tell me oh, we miss diagnosed you....grrr

Job security for the pharmacutical workers... get them started young with the psycho stimulants and anti-psychotic drugs so when they are adults they need to be on other anti-psychotics or anti-depressants... Nothing easier to control than an over medicated numb society :(

i know! its just scary to see the doctors and psyciatrists not wanting to put sticter lables on these drugs.

:nuhuh: my sons doctor wanted to prescribe him drugs for his adhd but I refused. We tried oseopathy and hypnotherapy, but he was uncomfortable with both so I started using the feingold diet and also homeopathy which worked great

Our homeopathic doctor says my one son would have been diagnosed ADHD in the school system. He gave him a few different remedies and it helped immensely.

i saw this segement on the news yesterday and bout fell out of my chair from laughing so hard...... before they went to commercial the played this small little clip...... " doctors find out that add and adhd medications may be doing more harm than good"..... oh did i go off, no ****, you think, and i love how as parents the more and more we questions these medications and telling what we notice, we are looked as if we are crazy and why are we questioning someone who spent years and years and lots of money to get a piece of paper that says they can make this diagnosis.

sorry for the slight rant, i could go on and on about this subject.

and yea its sad that this is how pharmacuticle (sp?0=) companies would make money, but what harm would it do to come out and say, "there are other options"

the day someone says that i want to elect them for president, lol
