Eris from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

I admit,when they first started putting Eris in Billy and Mandy,I didn't know what to think.
But After watching last nights new episode( Chaos Theory) I'm hooked.

I got to admit,the creators know their discordianism.

Mandy telling Eris that Hoss Delgado is hiding in Aisle 5.
A quick shot of Hoss' vehicle revealed that he drive a Fnord Explorer.
The scene where all the items on the shelf changing as an angry Eris passes by.
Mandy saying that there is to much order in the world.
Eris admitting that she is Crazy.

That's what makes Eris pwn all the other deities.
She's not just some boring generic hippy goddess in a toga with unshaven armpits .

She has personality.

That's why I love hanging out with her (from time to time of course),you never know whats going to happen when SHE'S around.

Oh I LOVE that show. They certainly know their occult materials in general. Did anyone see where Mandy at the begining of the show says; "do as though wilt shalt be the whole of the law." then she points up and bursts into flames?

The show openers are good. Another time she said, "This statement is false." There was one episode that had Cthulu. Lots of them have had Eris. With her golden apple. A couple of them have had Kali as Grimm's aunt.

I caught the episode, Chaos Theory tonight. There were shots of aisle 23, those bouncy balls were in a big cage, Billy and Erwin opened the cage, the balls all bounced out, then all bounced in and the cage locked itself. Aisle 17 nwas also mentioned. For those of you keeping score at home, that is 23, 17 and 5. Plus all the mention of order and disorder, chaos and love, it was pretty cool. Makes me wonder if it is someone I know :nyah:

Oh yeah that's where i have heard of eris before.
I have kids 2 and 7 years old so i see billy and mandy
alot.That show is pretty funny.
And giving the grim reaper a jamaican accent is a nice touch.

That show is so great.... they even had the Norse gods in it once... though they made Thor look kind of stupid, it was still cool cause Billy fought vikings!

I think there's more than one with Eris in it, I saw one where she like owned a company and they had to stop her from doing something. I forget but it had Eris in it

I saw one over the weekend, some other Reaper from outer space or something had hold of Billy. He was hooked up to some machine that was showing what is in his mind :fpoke: He asked this other Reaper to guess a number between 1 and 10, but he is thinking of 23 :hehehehe:

I caught an episode yesterday with my kids. It was hysterical.
I asked my kids, do you know who Eris is? My son's answer- The God (sic) of Chaos, chaos is cool. ;)
