Hi everyone,
How are you all doing? I hope you're all well. :)
I was wondering if I could ask for some zaps of energy for myself and some colleagues.
Right now I'm working at a music TV station, and the workload is never ending! Just when you think you have a break, along comes 10 days' worth of work to be completed NOW. The stress is also taking a toll on the other people in the office: the atmosphere isn't exactly very positive, and many are just backstabbing and gossiping about others. Even the nice, kind, positive ones are feeling the pressure.
Next week I am flying to Denver to take part in a performance for a non-profit (some of you might remember my trip last year with Up With People). I'll also be volunteering at their office while I'm there. I'm really excited about the performance but I do realize it would be rather taxing (I'm flying nearly 24 hours to get there!) and it will be hard work so a little energy boost would be good!
My friends at the UWP office could use some energy boosts as well. They're all pretty bogged down with work - preparing for this performance, hiring people to be on staff for the July semester, dealing with admissions, so on - and they sound stressed. It's a small office but loads to do!
Any help energywise is appreciated, and if there's anything I can do from my side to aid the situation (meditations, spells, prayers, food to eat/bring, etc) do let me know.
