ok. look ive been asking this "producer" to give me back my files for over 8 months now. he wont give them to me for a whole bunch of BS reasons.
everytime i go over there to pick them up he leaves and when i call hoim hes like no, u were suposed to come at 3:00 not 3:05.
or sum other bs. im going to do a black magick spell to get my shit back. my atternt wouldnt really help me bc i spent under 10,000 there. im furious. i need all of my tracks. NOW! i doubt i'll ghave any negitive karma bc i did nothing wrong in this matter. but i just wanna be sure to get clear on the karma of this. bc im not doing anything wrong here. i just want my files and hes actually breaking the law however it doesnt matter bc im not rich. (if u know what i mean.)

Does the 3-fold law apply if it isn't a part of your belief system? I don't know if Fatimah uses it or not, but I don't. I believe the energy you generate is the energy that is drawn to you. And if someone is screwing you like this guy seems to be doing to her, then maybe he needs a little smackdown. Hurting someone will hurt you, but sometimes it gets things done the way other means cannot. Just be prepared to get whatever it is you give. A philosophical concept like Karma and beliefs from religions you don't practice don't really enter into it. I'm not condoning the practice of hurting others, but if someone feels a need to do it in order to fight for themselves when all other methods of fighting have been exhausted, I won't say anything against them.

The 3-fold law has nothing to do with any path, black or white, purple or pink, that it isn't a part of. It isn't a universal law, it's a belief. It applies if you believe in it, it doesn't if you don't.

As far as "black magic," I consider that to be harming someone without cause. If there is a cause, a legitimate cause and all other methods have been attempted, why not? It hurts you as much as or even more than the other person, so if you're willing to take the hit, why not, what the hell?

Existence is not all goodness and light. A whole being is made of light and darkness. To shun one side in favor of the other is to never be whole.

Again, not condoning hurting anyone. Condoning only the pursuit of justice. Some people are content to leave justice in the hands of divine beings. What if some of these beings have left justice in our hands? I strongly believe in confronting someone who is oppressing you or attacking you in some way and making them stop. If I'm wrong, I'll pay, and I have no problem with that. If I'm right, justice is served.

Hey go for it! have fun but cursing him(i assume that is what you mean) may or may not get your stuff back. not because its wrong or anything but if all you do is give him some bad luck, he may just chalk it up to having a bad day. You might want to try a commanding, compelling or "Bend Over" sort of spell. Some may think of it as violating the rede, but who cares? Not everyone follows the rede. You get a purple candle. Carve something like " I command you to give you my files." Dress it with High john oil or dragons blood oil. You could also use the already made oils with names like commanding or bend over oil. Place the candle over his picture and visualize him giving you back your stuff for as long as you can. You may keep chanting "give me back my files" in a commanding tone, over and over again if you wish. you could also try this spell: http://www.mojomoon.net/commnet.html (go four spells down) Good luck with your situation. But in this situation I think it's difficult to show that a crime is being committed. There may not even be a crime, but maybe a misunderstanding of a contract. Contracts in the music industry are complicated. No one should ever sign one without it being looked over by an attorney who specializes in the music business. So this producer may be legally entitled to hold Fatimah's files. But that doesn't make it right. Which is why I suggested getting a little aggressive on the guy. If he wants to be a bastard, make it a very unpleasant thing for him to be, y'know? If other methods are exhausted, use whatever you have at your disposal to stand up for yourself and get your property back. If she chooses this route, using force, then she should be prepared to deal with it when it hits her right back, because it will, BUT it might solve the problem.
