Soggy Cookies?

Don't you love being a parent when you reach for a chip or a cookie from the bag and as you put it in your mouth you realize your child had already touched it? That yucky, soggy, wet feeling. *shudder* 8O

LMAO.. I learned with my oldest.. best to either a) give him is own little bag or b) put his cookies, chips, crackers or whatever in his own bowl. I learned that the way you just described.. :lol: ;)

I share by splitting everything up into our own bowls.Saliva soaked foods just don't appeal to me :sick:

I get that mostly with popcorn..she likes to lick it and then stick it back in the bowl..we have given her own bowl to stop it..but everyonce in a while...otherwise..cookies are too high up..she can't reach them..heck I can hardly reach them!!

My son doesn't put them back in the bag... but what grosses me out is when I go to pick up when he's down for a nap or the night, and he has "hidden" partially eaten soggy cookies... joy. :lol:

Not sure I've really dealt with many soggy cookies,since i normally keep the cookies,etc high up,and give hannah her own bowl /plate for her snacks.. we've been buying the individual cookie/chip bags just right for her,and I've noticed she's hiding the bags in her room along with her sippy cups. i literally have to search her room for trash.,. I even have found banana peels behind her TV!! ((YES,she has her own PRINCESS tv :D) :T
