I don't usually do this but I feel I must...

Please keep the people of N.E. Arkansas and S.E. Missouri in your prayers. We were hit by tornadoes today and hit hard. A town, Marmaduke, just a few miles up the road from me, has basically been wiped off the map. There are small towns all over up here who will be spending tomorrow surveying the damage and starting to rebuild. The damage stretches from Pocahontas, Ar. to Senath, Mo. and beyond. Send calming energies please. Nerves are frazzled andhearts are broken...

I just found out that some family has been hit in Caruthersville, Mo. One cousin has lost everything and another has lost his roof, barn and the porch was torn off the house. Please remember them...

We went through the same kind of thing five years ago when the town where my daughter, then son-in-law and granddaughter were living. The houses on their street were damaged but everything from their backyard north was just ... gone. It was eerie.
