I was born and raised in Jersey and met the love of my life there. In High School! We had a lousy marriage but had three beautiful, special sons. I just lived through the last year of High School with the youngest. Never missed a football game and have no idea what to do with myself on a Friday night now!

I agree that it is hard to find good men anywhere, especially in Oklahoma, where I am now. We have the second highest divorce rate in the country! I still say that New Jersey has the best-looking guys anywhere, so there is some hope for you!

In my experiance, every single 'relationship' (not that they count) I've had is a guy who's liked me, but I only like him as a friend, then I begin to like him *because* he likes me, then he decides he doesn't like me anymore, but by that time I'm completely head-over-heels, but not just because he likes me, because i like HIM! Confuzzling, isn't it? It happens EVERY TIME!!! GRRR!!
