The long and the short in my mind is when your 18. then you are legally allowed to make your choices and clean up after yourself. For the record, I was 19 when I descided I was ready, and I was wrong. I had nightmares about getting pregnant, because it can happen, no matter what birth control you use, and the fact was, I wasn't ready to be a parent, and I knew I could never have an abortion. Luckily I didn't get pregnant til I could handle it, but life has a way of sneaking up sometimes and biting a person in the bum.
