My house has been on the market for only 13 days, and we just got an offer today which we have accepted.
The hard part is done (I hope). I just need energy for this to go through and for the energy to survive all the craziness of moving!

Yay for you ! Sometimes it does work out that way. When we found this house two years ago I think it had been on the market for less than 2 weeks. We may have been the 2nd family to look at it. We knew as soon as we walked in the front door that we wanted it. We looked at over a dozen more houses but none felt as good to us as this one.
