Hi, well, dont know if this is the right place to post this but, here it goes.
Well, some times, when I sleep lying on my back  , face up (boca arriba, dont know how to say that in english) I kind of get conscios but cant move, so I struggle until I can move my hand first, and then my body. If I fell asleep again in the same position, it might happen again. Well, I've been told that it happens because my soul havent return to my body. Well, some days ago something different happened to me. Instead of feeling like I could move, I felt like if someone or something was putting some kind of pressure on my, to be exact, I felt as if someone was lying over me.
I got so scared! :ahhhh: I almost called my boyfriend at 2:00am
Well, I would really apreciate if someone can tell my what the heck happende to me, if it is good, if it is bad, and, if it is bad, how to avoid it. Oh, curious note, I always wear a cross or a star, that night I just didnt put it on.
Well, thank you!

I've had this happen several times, and for me, it is a very comforting feeling. I know that it is the hand of the goddess physically telling me that I am loved and that all is well. The first time it happened, I was going through a very bad time, and I didn't feel freaked out at all. It was just - interesting. The first time, the pressure was on the whole front of my body, including my face. Other times it has been on my stomach, like I used to do to comfort my kids when they were babies. This is just my experience. If it makes you feel afraid or uncomfortable, you might want to be careful to shield yourself from something negative.

Well, thanks for your answer. I will try to protect me. Maybe I am just scared because I dont know what is happening. Maybe it is nothing bad. But, just in case, I will burn a inscience, and I will sleep lying on a side, cause it always happens when I sleep lying on my back.
Oh, another thing, sometimes I feel like there is someone on the room. I am being paranoid? :ugh:
Well, thanks again. :)

Have you tried cleansing your room? There are a multitude of ways to do this. I use sage, but incense works fine. You can smudge the room with sage and you especially want to do the door and windows, the closet, etc. Focus on removing negative energies. You can probably find a good ritual in any of the basic books you may have.
Sometimes rearranging the furniture or getting rid of some things helps. I once rearranged my room, and had an awful time sleeping although I really liked the room better. However, a lot of new things came into my life. My head was facing east at that time. I recently put my bed back into its original position. I sleep better, but my head is now facing west and emotional junk is happening. I can't do North 'cause there's a closet there and South won't work because there won't be any room to walk around, so I'm stuck!

MM,
I just thought I'd add that I feel 'someone else' in the room a lot of times, too. I seem to pick up on things sometimes. I have since I was little. Sometimes, it gets really uncomfortable. It's almost like telling the difference between that 'someone else' being negative or positive. Anyways, I just wanted to add that I had similar experiences. If you ever want to talk about it, feel free to get ahold of me. :)
