My friends exgirlfriend has put a spell on me and my gf to make ous fight more. plus this outher girl sent out a evli sperit to hurt my gf. can any one help me?

This works for me whether I cast a circle or not (though the ritual of casting a circle helps me get in the right mind-frame.)
You'll need a white candle (a taper works best) & oil of myrrh. Annoint the candle w/ oil (start at the ends & spread the oil towards the middle). Ask your God/dess for protection. Surround yourself (& your girlfriend, if she's doing this w/ you) w/ white light & imagine the badness, voices, etc. of your freind's ex getting smaller & farther away. Sometimes I imagine the people pissing me off bouncing off the white light, & getting bloody noses & knees. It doesn't add to the spell, but it does make me feel better. It is a protection spell, but it can be a banishing spell by using a black taper & spreading the candle from the middle to the ends.

Hexes, vengeful spells and bad vibes are only effective against us when we allow them to be. If someone puts a hex on me (or just sends out malevolent vibrations towards me), I don't ever let it enter my mind that it will be successful, hence, it isn't. 99% of it is mental blocking, mind over matter.

It will only "get" you if you let it.
