Reading please?

Hi, I am very stressed at the moment. I have been on disability for 2 1/2 years and want to go back to work. However, I am not sure if I can go back to my job yet. I have to get a work release and re-interview for a position. I am very freaked out and it doesn't help that my disability is an anxiety disorder. If anyone can help me out with a reading to see if I will go back to this job, I would appreciate it.
