I went to the nearby church and brought home a palm branch (it was okay, not stealing). i think next year's ashes for Ash Wednesday will be from this year's Palm Sunday branches.

I do celebrate all types of national and religious holidays so I usually celebrate these holidays in a usual fashion. I'm not really a celebrating type of pagan. I don't make special days just to celebrate my beleifs. Christmas is for presents, and food, Easter and Valentines are for candy, Easter baskets, and maybe an easter egg hunt. I even avoid church on the "Christian" holidays. LOL, I always avoid church pretty much but especially for the holidays that many claim are theirs and don't acknowledge the pagan side.
