Hey guys, I've been reading through various posts and threads and forums to try and find an answer to my question, but I can't seem to find it. Basically, I know sympathetic magick involves you having something which symbolises the person in question, some hair or clothing etc, but thats about all i know. Could anyone explain it a bit more for me? I've been asked to explain to my Classics class what sympathetic magick is, because i'm a witch and therefore know all about this sort of thing....... pah!
So, any help on this topic anyone could give would be really greatfully received :) thankyou loads!!

Well, sympathetic magick is the sort of magick in which you imitate something you wish to happen in real life. So if you would wish to get pregnant (and use sympathetic magick...), you would probably put a little doll in a cradle next to the bed while lovemaking...
Hope that helps some...
