Well after going threw hades with this landlord. We finally got lucky. Got a awesome financial specialist that even with my aweful credit history, got us a mortgage. Closing on our house is april 24th. We should be fully in it for may 1st.
I would appreciate any prayers or energies. That I can make it threw this move with out a major migraine, or complex migraine hitting. That my kids start to actually help with packing and such. That I can help my husband so that it is not all on his shoulders.
Once into the new house, I will need prayers and energies, cause we, hubby and I, have decided that it will be a NO smoking house. I am hopeful that having to walk to the porch to have a smoke will help me to stop. But I have been smoking for more than 20 yrs. I know it wont end that easily.
Also any blessings on the new house are welcome. She is a grand old lady, not huge, but good enough for us. She was built in 1924. I am hopeful that this will be like a new start for us. That our luck will turn to better things and that my family will finally feel secure again.
