Energy for possible move and job transfer

My husband is an assistant manager at the Krispy Kreme where we live. He has moved up to this position from a new employee in only a little over a year. Now they are telling him that he would be good as a general manager. An opening has come up for a general manager in VA, and it's only about 2 hours away from his home town. He put in the paper work to try to see if he can get it. If possible, could you keep him in your thoughts and send energy his way that he gets it. It would mean a major move, but this would be so worth it and we are willing to do it. Any type of energy, prayers and thoughts that he gets this position would be great. :) Thanks so much!
