i have had some 'bad" spirits folling me, thay realy want to hurt me. well i want to knoe if it wood be safe for me to go on the board? i heve been on it a lot but not with "bad" spirits after me. im not crazy a girl i know says she let some out. she is known for the black arts.

I think this belongs more in MandR or NP because, well, ridding spirits is more that category than this one.

But: Tell them to get out and burn sage till the cows come home. Also, maybe make a witches bottle.

PS: If you don't think her magick can affect you, it can't. Those things are more to reassure yourself than anything else, imo.

You might want to check out the Practical Rune magick thread in Magicks & Rituals forum. Rick's posted some pretty good ones there. Also, there are a few other protection threads there as well you might want to look at.

I'd also try some frankincense and myrrh burnings as well. We got the resin and burned it on charcoal discs for our house, and it really helps with energies and such.

As for the spirits, I would do as the other's suggest - post in the M&R forum perhaps someone has some ideas, and also do a search for some protective rituals/spells to do.

You may want to find someone who knows a lot about banishings too, to see if they have any advice on getting rid of unwanted spirits.

hmm I dont think I would tempt them even more, and can I ask why you want to communicate with them ~ Do you want to try and get them to leave you alone? Ask why and about them/there lifes/deaths?
If you think they are dangerous ~ trust yourself ~ they are dangerous ~ so would you invite a really powerful unknown being into your house if you knew they were dangerous? NO! So dont.
I think protection and banishing rituals are really good advice and hope you gain some good advice, and get rid of them all very soon.
