Merry Meet Everyone,

I have a quick question. When i use my cards i usually use the celtic cross spread. I have also used the 3 card spread for past present and future and the single card for daily insight.

My question is this. I have noticed When i see ms. cleo she uses an entirely different spread that looks like it consists of apprx 6 cards in a straight line from left to right. Is there a name for this spread and if so what is it mainly used for?

May blessing to you all.

Not one that I know of, but it's easy to make up a spread that makes sense to you at any time. Sometimes I just end up pulling a certain # of cards that feels right and putting them in some sort of order or line. *shrugs* :)

Exactly what Myst said! Most every tarot reader I've encountered have made up thier own spreads at some point or another. I feel that your own spread is the best way to go also!

I can't remember ever coming across a 6 card, single line spread. For me though, I would think it's still a past, present, future type spread: 2 for past, 2 for present, and 2 for future, just to get a little more depth to the reading.
